The house is quiet and well kept and is located a short distance from a park and walking trail.

Bright and airy place. Very easy access to river bike path and to Ball State.

It simply worked. It actually exceeded expectations.
Very clean and tastefully decorated. A lot of care and thought was put in. I was pleasantly surprised. Nicely stocked with those small things that you may need or might have forgotten. Very organized. Five stars!

What a little gem! My fiancé and I came to visit my folks post holiday, due to work. This Airbnb was quiet and peaceful. We were close to downtown, yet close enough to make it on the outskirts of where my parents reside. Everything was comfy, cozy, and exactly as pictured. We would love to stay again
